FOMO! The “fear of missing out”.
Read this phrase in a New York Times article about Facebook and the effects of social media on our identity.
It’s a trap that we all fall into when we get involved with social media – the trap of wondering what could have been, or “what if things were different?”

What could have been, did not happen.

What we need to do, is take stock of who we are, and what we’re doing with our time. Time is our most precious commodity, and the way we spend it reflects on the way we view our worth, and the worth of others.
