There’s this coffee place called Esprezzo in Noranda Palms.

I’m not sure how happy they’ll be about this, but…

The location is pretty average (it’s in the middle of a local shopping centre. A smallish shopping centre with Coles, Woolworths and Best and Less, and a post office (along with a bakery, fruit and veg and butcher)…

The clientele is mostly geriatric. Not a jibe, but just a statement of fact.

The name… I’m really not a big fan of the use of the letter z. Feels “trendy”, in the way that people try and use the word “trendy” to mean cool.

But the coffee. Sensational. I don’t know how they do it, what their blend contains, or really anything about the coffee except for the fact that it’s good.

Really good.

I elevated it to best coffee of my life before I went to “Bench” in the city (which is now best coffee).

If you ever have a reason to be in Noranda Palms, definitely make the time to grab a coffee from here. It’s around the back of the shopping centre, but the staff are friendly and the coffee, is just so flavourful without being overbearing.

Shame about the location, clientele and name.
